NCRC Website Inquiries Now Connect to Masterline IQ

When you contact NCRC about facilities maintenance, the details you provide should remain part of the conversation. A shared system should not obscure which company you contacted or what you asked for.

Your original request stays attached

On October 14, 2026, we verified that inquiries submitted through NCRC’s website reach Masterline IQ, the Masterline operations platform. The integration retains the original form answers and clearly identifies NCRC as the originating website. Campaign attribution is included when available.

NCRC is one of five Masterline-family websites connected in this intake update. The purpose is to bring inquiries into a shared place while preserving their distinct source and context.

National coordination still requires a location-specific conversation

NCRC coordinates facilities services nationwide through its network. Availability must be confirmed for each location and trade. The inquiry gives the team a starting point for that review; it is not automatic acceptance of a job or confirmation of dispatch.

For multi-location businesses, clarity at the beginning matters. The team needs to understand the request before deciding how to move it forward. Retaining the original submitted details supports that handoff.

What this update does—and does not—mean

The website-to-MIQ intake connection is live and verified. The broader customer-lifecycle workflow is being prepared and is not yet released.

That next step is designed to connect customer relationships, Sales ownership, stages, follow-up actions, and history, with verified links to estimates, work orders, and invoices. We are not presenting this intake release as complete lifecycle automation or claiming a measured improvement in response times.

A connected platform with NCRC context

As part of the Masterline family, NCRC can participate in a shared operating foundation without losing the identity of the original inquiry. That is the practical change in this release.

Tell us about the locations, services, and circumstances involved through the NCRC inquiry form. Our team can then review the information and confirm the next step.
